Outside: The Farmhouse has a small private courtyard garden and conservatory by its entrance. It has two dedicated parking spaces next to the cottage with additional parking available in the car park.

Capacity: All bedrooms can accommodate a cot (although it is tight in first floor double), three can take a z-bed (both kings and twin on second floor). A cottage meant for ten people with a maximum capacity of 11 (ten adults) excluding cots.
