Throughout the year, we are flexible on bookings meaning you can arrive on any day except Sunday, and depart whenever you choose. Pricing is based on a whole week with discounts applied based on the length of stay. The standard stays are seven nights, Fri-Mon weekend, and Mon-Fri midweek, and these are the best value (eg Tuesday-Saturday will be more expensive than a Mon-Fri because we are less likely to get another booking starting on the Saturday). These standard prices are illustrated on the table below but exact pricing for any stay is possible by clicking here and entering your dates and cottage (please note the booking system defaults to a five bedroom cottage so please make sure you select the cottage you want from the dropdown menu).

Please note that the prices below are indicative only when a stay straddles two price bands - the booking system will automatically calculate the correct price in this instance based on the number of days in each band.

All prices include VAT, use of all facilities (pool, sauna, spa, indoor playroom, animal feeding etc), wifi, Egyptian cotton linen and towels.
