We are currently taking bookings to the end of 2025. Please click on a valid start date and select the number of nights you wish to stay. That will give you the price for your stay. Green circles         are available and valid start days, white are available days, and grey is where we are already booked.

 

If we don't have availability for your desired dates, we do operate a waiting list. Please email us with your requirements or fill them in here.

 

Our booking system is only as good as the people entering the information on the back end. Sadly we are not infallible, so if  the price quoted on the booking system looks incorrect, please get in touch. There are also occasions, usually the weeks surrounding the normal school holidays, when we may be able to offer short breaks at the cheaper price band surrounding the holiday - again please contact us if this applies to the dates you are looking at.

 

Finally, z-beds for additional children can be booked for all cottages except Bracken Brow and Dove Tree. If you require this, you may find the system telling you that your number of guests exceeds the capacity. In this instance, please add the z-bed on the booking form and state the accurate number of adults/children in the 'Additional Information' box as you go through the booking process.

There is an option to take refund protection out as you go through the booking process with our partner, XCover (formerly Booking Protect). Beech Farm offers no advice as to its suitability, and alternative policies are widely available.
