PaulBraydon, Sep 2021: "We booked Beech Farm on the recommendation of friends and simply cannot fault it. My wife, two year old son and I stayed in Beech Royd and the cottage was absolutely perfect for us. Being over 3 floors our son could have the bedroom at the top and nap and sleep without disturbance from us using that rest of the cottage. From the moment of booking Graham was really helpful sorting out a cot, high chair, blackout blind and stair gates. The cottage is spotlessly clean and having seen the team preparing another cottage between guests it’s easy to see why. They spend a long time cleaning each cottage from top to bottom. They have thought of everything from Nespresso pods and dishwasher tablets being provided and even a pint of milk and delicious chocolate brownies. There is a smart TV for Netflix and Prime Video users. The facilities are amazing for adults and children alike, the pool is huge and our son had an amazing time, the outdoor play area is big, safe with large grassed area, trampoline and wooden tractor to climb and play in. The indoor playroom has lots of toys, again it’s spotlessly clean and our son happily played in there most days. The opportunity to feed the animals each morning is great for animal lovers of all ages and my wife particularly enjoyed getting to feed and cuddle Wilma the guinea pig and I enjoyed a fresh egg in the morning from the chickens. The honesty shop is a great idea for anything you may have forgotten or a sweet treat, they even have frozen croissants and meals ready for the oven. All of the team are really friendly and nothing is too much. We’re already booked for next year and can see why they have so many repeat visitors."

Matthew Hall, Sep 2021"Welcoming and fantastic holiday facilities for all the family. This was our second stay at Beech Farm with our three children (now aged 8, 10 and 12) and once again it was a wonderful holiday in every way. Graham and Kirsty (and their team) are incredibly welcoming and clearly put a huge amount of effort into making sure all their guests have a fun and relaxing time. It's really lovely to see how the facilities have been developed over the last few years. The table tennis table was a highlight for us and the kids had loads of fun in the beautiful new playroom with its impressive stock of games, an arcade machine and table football table. The pool was excellent as ever.

It really is an excellent place for families and the facilities on offer mean we easily filled a day or two just relaxing on the site. Most of all though, it's so clear that Kirsty and Graham, along with their wonderful team, are going above and beyond to make sure the guests all have a great time. There's real attention to all the 'little' details that make a holiday easy and relaxing, especially for families like ours. The quality of the cottages themselves, and their facilities, is also very high and they really strike a perfect balance between the genuine 'farm cottage' feel whilst also being very modern (with great wi-fi to keep the kids and their devices fully happy in the evenings!). We absolutely will be returning to Beech Farm (if only so I can beat my son's high score on the arcade machine!)"

Pat & Phil Short, Aug 2021: "Beech Farm just gets better and better. Yet another fabulous holiday at Beech Farm. This is our fourth visit and second with the whole family. Graham and Kirsty continually find new ways to make holidays here a truly wonderful experience."
