The below floor plans are intended to give you a better idea of how each cottage is configured. The floor plan(s) for each individual cottage are to scale, but the scale is not necessarily the same between each (although the total floor areas should give you a steer of the cottages' relative sizes).

Five bedrooms and four bath or shower rooms upstairs with a large kitchen-diner and two living areas downstairs
Bracken Brow
Sleeps 6
A sensible and straightforward use of space in Bracken Brow with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and a kitchen-diner, lounge and WC downstairs
Columbine
Sleeps 6
A partially upside down layout so the lounge can make use of the views to the west of Beech Farm and a particularly generous kitchen-diner
Tanglewood
Sleeps 4
Tanglewood is conveniently all on one floor with rooms that flow naturally
Beech Royd
Sleeps 4
As part of the original Farmhouse, Beech Royd has large rooms full of character across its three floors
Dove Tree
Sleeps 3
Suitable for less mobile, Dove Tree has a king and a small single, and a large walk-in shower
Fat Hen
Sleeps 2
Our one bedroom cottage is all on one level with a space for al fresco dining as well
