Given the current situation, Beech Farm is currently closed. Any guests staying within six, weeks, please contact us to rearrange your booking unless you plan on claiming on your insurance. Any guests who pay the balance of their stays when they are due who have stays that fall within a Government-advised travel-restricted period, will be happily rebooked to the full value of their stay. Unfortunately if you do not pay your balance when it is due, we are unable to refund your deposit.
For new bookings, we are happy to announce that we have found an additional insurance policy which will cover both guests and Beech Farm in the event of cancellation. If you cancel your holiday between 2 and 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund within seven days of your scheduled stay ending. Please note that this applies only to new bookings and only those that take place after 1 August 2020. Unfortunately we can neither add this retrospectively, nor can we add this if you amend your booking - please don't ask us to do either as this would mean us committing insurance fraud.
We will add to this coronavirus policy with precautions that we are taking when we are able to re-open. While it is difficult to preempt what they may be until there are further guidelines, it could include restricting use of the swimming pool to one cottage at a time, and amending animal feeding sessions and welcome tours to ensure social distancing can be maintained safely. We pride ourselves on our commitment to cleanliness at all times but we will also add to cleaning hours to ensure no corners will ever be cut.
